The complete playbook is ready, in 22 chapters, with sidebar navigation. I saved it as an artifact in the Cowork sidebar as well, so you can bring it up again later.

The three most important ways the research changed the original idea:

1. At a premium price, this cannot be sold to parents dealing with colic. The Hungarian salt-pillow market is anchored at HUF 1,980–3,790, and forum discussions use dm's HUF 800 seed pillow as a reference, alongside the belief that “babies shouldn't have salt.” One brand has broken out of this: Boróka Róka at HUF 18,990, selling a gift rather than a salt pillow. That is why the plan centres on gift-givers and parents building a ritual, rather than on a symptom.

2. The legal framework is narrower than you might expect. “Against colic,” “helps them fall asleep,” and “soothes” are not just risky claims: under the MDR they could also classify the product as a medical device. Chapter 3 of the playbook gives a verbatim ALLOWED/NOT ALLOWED list, plus the design decision that saves the most money: a fabric pillow without a face, not a plush figure — which makes it less likely to fall into the toy-safety category (EN 71, CE).

3. Margins will be tight for advertising. At an estimated 41% margin, break-even customer acquisition cost is about HUF 3,870. This can only work with an average order value around HUF 16,000 — hence name embroidery (+HUF 2,490), the sibling set and the baby-shower box in the plan. That is also why you should not advertise the cheapest product.

The brand concept: DÚDOLÓ — “The day's last hug”, three sizes (Hedgehog 0–1, Owl 1–3, Fox 3–5), an embroiderable logo mark and an earthy palette instead of pastels. The approach for the 0–1 age range is to communicate warming the swaddle and changing mat, rather than using it on the baby. Parents already do this themselves; it is safe and entirely free of health claims.

Let me know if we're moving ahead: I'll produce the logo and patterns as images, or start on the landing-page wireframe in Figma.
